I am passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping others achieve their goals through weight training. Despite having a heart condition and an implanted cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), I've been weight training since age 15. My experience in fitness and managing my condition gives me a unique perspective to support others. I understand that weight training benefits both physical and mental health, boosting mood, reducing stress, and enhancing self-confidence. I am committed to providing a holistic approach to fitness, helping individuals improve their overall well-being and reach their health goals.
